Mini healthy snack - Brain Edition

 I seem to have difficulty remembering things .. Whether it be what my mom told me just a few minutes ago or when it comes to studying..

So what i did to help boost my brain's function is that i made this tiny snack box to carry around with me 

Its compact its filled with different things and its appealing to the eye and taste buds !! Yuuuu-myy 

In my box i have : 

- dried cranberries 

- dried apricots 

- almonds 

- dried goji berries 

- blueberries 

They are all loaded with rich antioxidants that can slow down brain aging and enhances memory !!
